Policies & Guidelines
In order to ensure a quality and timely service, we work with appointment only and require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment (full session, touch up or maintenance). Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $100 charge or forfeiture of treatment session. After skipping a session without 24 hour notice, we may require the service charge prior to booking next appointment.
We understand that under certain circumstances you may have to ask for a refund. Please note that any deposits made for the purpose of securing a treatment session are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as for that treatment session. If you have purchased a package with certain package and multi-area discounts, and would like to return the unused portion of your package, the treatment sessions you have received will be priced off of per session prices and any remaining portion of your payment can be exchanged with other services at any time.
